About these terms

These terms cover the FantasyForge website and browser extension (together, the service), including accounts, draft tools, rankings, projections, and league sync. “We” and “us” refer to the operator of FantasyForge, reachable at support@fantasyforge.gg. When you check the agreement box and create an account, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not create an account.

Your account

You must be legally able to enter this agreement, or have a parent or legal guardian agree on your behalf where permitted by law. Provide an email address you control, keep your sign-in details secure, and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for your use of the service and for activity you authorize through your account.

Rankings, projections & decisions

Rankings, projections, statistics, odds, and draft or roster suggestions are provided for general information and entertainment. They may be incomplete, delayed, or wrong. They are not betting or financial advice, and do not guarantee player performance, draft outcomes, wins, or winnings. You make your own draft, lineup, trade, and any wagering decisions. Verify important information with your league platform or the original source. FantasyForge does not accept wagers or administer league prizes.

Connected leagues & third parties

Connect only accounts and leagues you are authorized to access. When you choose to connect an account or enable live sync, you authorize FantasyForge to read the settings, picks, queues, rosters, and scores needed for those features. Optional ESPN account sync uses stored, encrypted sign-in cookies to read your leagues on your behalf; it does not authorize us to change your ESPN account or make roster moves. You can disconnect it at any time.

Third-party services and data remain subject to their providers' terms and rights. These terms do not grant permission to bypass their restrictions. Integrations may change, expire, or stop working without notice. FantasyForge is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by ESPN, Sleeper, the NFL, or its teams.

Acceptable use

Use the service lawfully. Do not access someone else's account without permission, bypass access controls or rate limits, introduce malicious code, disrupt the service, or use it to infringe others' rights. Do not scrape or automate access in a way that interferes with the service, evades restrictions, or violates applicable data licenses. Report security issues to our support address.

Your content & our content

You retain ownership of the original notes, custom boards, and other content you create. You give us permission to store, process, and display that content only as needed to provide the features you use. You are responsible for having permission to upload or import it. This permission ends when your content is deleted, except as needed to complete deletion or comply with law.

FantasyForge's original design, software, branding, and written rankings belong to their respective owners. We allow you to use the service for your personal fantasy sports activities. This does not transfer ownership or grant a right to resell our content. Third-party statistics, trademarks, and other materials remain their owners' property; applicable open-source licenses continue to govern code they cover.

Privacy & saved work

Our Privacy Policy explains how account data, browser storage, and connected-account credentials are handled. At signup we also record the terms version you accept and the acceptance timestamp with your account. Work stored only in your browser can be lost when you clear its data or change devices. Account sync and backups are not guaranteed; keep separate copies of anything important.

Availability & ending access

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features. We may restrict or end access for violations of these terms, security risks, or legal requirements. Where reasonably practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue. You may stop using the service at any time, disconnect linked accounts, and request account deletion through account settings or our support address. Ending access does not remove rights or obligations that arose before it ended.

Warranties & liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without express or implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free data, or successful sync.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the service, including lost profits, lost winnings, or lost data. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits mandatory consumer rights.

Changes & questions

We will publish changes here with an updated effective date and version. Material changes will be brought to account holders' attention, and we will request renewed agreement where required by law. Changes will not apply retroactively to disputes that arose before the change. If one provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
